Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be fully confident in your purchase from Bespoke Bindery and offer a full refund of non-personalised items if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Items should be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Your item should be returned in the same, unused original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received in its original condition your refund will be processed within 5 working days. We are only able to credit you via your original method of payment.
We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email bespokebindery@gmail.com to discuss.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at bespokebindery@gmail.com for confirmation of return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
